6 medjool dates
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
4 tablespoons canola oil (use milk instead of oil for a milk chocolate version- with fewer calories too)

Instructions
Process hazelnuts in a food processor until a smooth paste is formed.
Add the dates and process until fully incorporate, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Add the remaining ingredients and continue blending until creamy. Store in the fridge.
