Ingredients

  • 3 c. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded 1/2 c. plain, non-fat yogurt 1 t. yellow curry powder 1/4 t. salt 1/3 c. cilantro 3 T. sliced almonds, toasted

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Chill 1-2 hours before serving for best taste.
