[NEW] Apple Walnut Tossed Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes 1 apple, diced ¼ red onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. walnuts, chopped 1 lemon, juiced ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions

  1. Place the greens in a large salad bowl.
  2. Top them with the tomatoes, apple, onion, cheese and walnuts.
  3. Toss gently with lemon juice, pepper, and olive oil.
