Instructions
Mix canola oil with basil, parsley, and garlic powder.
Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pork with oil mixture and sauté until meat reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF (4-5 minutes per side).
Remove pork from pan and loosely cover with foil. Lower heat to medium-low.
While pork is resting, add remaining ingredients to skillet and heat sauce until warm and bubbling (3-4 minutes).
Divide sauce over pork chops to serve.
