Ingredients

  • 1 (15-ounce can) no-salt-added chickpeas 1/
  • 2 cup tahini paste 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 cloves garlic 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/
  • 4 cup water

Instructions

1. Peel the chickpeas and discard the skins2. In a food processor, blend the chickpeas for a minute or so. Add the tahini, lemon juice, garlic and salt and blend until pureed.3. With the machine running, drizzle in water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you get a very smooth mixture.4. Let rest and serve cold.
