Instructions
1. Peel the chickpeas and discard the skins2. In a food processor, blend the chickpeas for a minute or so. Add the tahini, lemon juice, garlic and salt and blend until pureed.3. With the machine running, drizzle in water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you get a very smooth mixture.4. Let rest and serve cold.
