1 bunch kale, washed and chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 bell pepper, sliced
1/4 c. sesame seeds, toasted
3 oz. dulse flakes or crumbled nori
3 T. rice wine vinegar
2 T. sesame oil
1 t. sriracha hot sauce
1 t. honey

Instructions
Combine kale, carrot, pepper, sesame seeds and dulse flakes in a large bowl.
Whisk together remaining ingredients for dressing.
Massage dressing into vegetables and serve immediately.
