1/4 t. black pepper
1/4 t. cayenne
2 t. curry powder
1/2 t. turmeric
1 t. chili powder

Instructions
Bring the water to a boil in a large pot. Add lentils and cook uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring to prevent burning.
Stir in remaining ingredients until thoroughly combined and heated through. Serve over brown rice or quinoa.
