Ingredients
- 1 head garlic
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 1 (15 oz.) can no-salt-added cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
- 2 Tbsp. fresh thyme

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Slice top off garlic to expose cloves. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of oil and wrap in foil. Bake until cloves are tender (20-30 minutes).
- When garlic is cool enough to handle, pop cloves out of the skin.
- Purée all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
