2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. lemon zest
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
10 black olives, sliced
1 tsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. capers, rinsed

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Toss broccoli and tomatoes with oil, garlic, and salt to coat. Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet. Bake until the broccoli begins to brown (15-20 minutes).
Combine lemon zest, juice, olives, oregano, and capers in a large bowl. Add the roasted vegetables and stir to coat. Serve warm.
