Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale, washed and chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds, toasted
- 3 oz. dulse flakes or crumbled nori
- 3 T. rice wine vinegar
- 2 T. sesame oil
- 1 t. sriracha hot sauce
- 1 t. honey

Instructions
- Combine kale, carrot, pepper, sesame seeds and dulse flakes in a large bowl.
- Whisk together remaining ingredients for dressing.
- Massage dressing into vegetables and serve immediately.
